Returns and refunds

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Kavhi purchase. If, for any reason, your item doesn't work out, here's how we can help.

Returns window

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Condition of items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and Unworn: The garment must not show any signs of wear (e.g., perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, etc.).
  • Original Condition: All original tags must be attached and intact.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

(Note: We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of having been worn or altered.)

How to start a return

  1. Contact Us: Simply email us via the contact form within your 15 day return window. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Confirmation: We'll email you back within 48 hours with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship It Back: Securely package your item and mail it back to us. Please note, the customer is responsible for the delivery cost of their return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (this usually takes 2-3 business days), we will process your refund. The funds will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 30 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Any item marked "Final Sale."
  • Custom-sized or personalised items.
  • Items showing visible signs of use, wear, or alteration.
